Nutsche filter dryer description

In order to meet the confined production process, filter washing and drying reactor, three-in-one filter hasbeen developed. This production system can realize half automatic or complete automatic operation control.

Maily used for crystallization liquid filtration, washing, drying process.it includes: feeding, beating, filtering, washing, drying, discharging, on-line inspection (optional), etc key steps to prepare for the cleanroom ofnext mixing process. And this Nutsche Filter Dryer also has CIP, SIP functions.

Processing steps

1 Feeding

Open the feeding valve to feed in the tank, paddle should be in the upper position when feeding, if necessary, can be lowered stirring paddle for low speed stirring, so that the material is evenly distributed. When the material reaches the specified process stop feeding, close the feed valve

2 Washing

Washing fluid at 0.2 ~ 0.3MPa pressure by the rotating nozzle cleaning, and stirring paddle has been suspended high.

Slurry washing: When a certain amount of washing liquid after the accession to stop adding gradually lower stirring paddle and pulp slurry at an appropriate speed stirring. Stir continuously from top to bottom.

3 Filter

After washing, upper the stirrer to related position, stop stirring, the liquid will be discharged from bottom. Then repeat the filtering steps until you get perfect material.

If filter finish,make the material is similiar, then make the stirrer blade upper from material surface about 20mm.

4 Drying

a . Open hot water valve, then balance valve, nextly vacuum valve.

b . Pls open the balance valve in advance if upper vacuum down drying condition, to ensure pressure balance. to Concentration of chloride ions in the heating and cooling water should be strictly controlled, to avoid chloride ions on the jacket and the tank corrosion. Pls use of chloride-free water.

c . Open the jacket water inlet valve slowly, and open slightly for water outlet valve. Fully open them when outlet and inlet has temperature gap less than 20℃ to avoid cavitation vibration.

5 Material discharge

Sampling analysis before discharge, if ok, then discharge them.

First turn off the heating water valve, slowly open the cooling water valve. Slowly lower the stirring paddle, stirring material accelerated cooling, then the vacuum pump can be opened to exhaust heat. B

efore open the discharge valve, pls fill pure nitrogen for balance protection. when the pressure is atmospheric pressure, the impeller through the thrust reverser action, the material discharged from the discharge valve.
