The DPF445 separator is a high-speed, high-precision, sealed, and efficient separation equipment mainly used for solid-liquid two-phase separation and concentration in industries such as fermentation broth, chemical industry, and medicine. All components in contact with materials are made of advanced stainless steel materials (or specific acid resistant materials), which can effectively reduce the corrosion between the separated materials and the surface of the parts in contact, and meet food hygiene requirements. The separated light phase material is output by a centripetal pump, with a maximum output pressure of 0.30MPa. This machine adopts the form of upper feeding.

Working principle:
The separated material enters the drum of the separator, and under the strong centrifugal force field, the material enters the separation interval of a group of disc bundles from the large end of the disc. The solid with a larger proportion moves along the disc wall towards the large end, accumulating in the sediment area, and is continuously discharged from the machine by the nozzle. The liquid with a smaller specific gravity moves along the disc wall towards the small end of the disc, converging at the centripetal pump at the top of the drum, and outputting from the centripetal pump to the next process. The maximum output pressure can reach 0.30MPa.
